Your short and effective video used attractive, understated graphics and a smooth, reassuring and confident voiceover to convey a positive excitement that made me want to take your training course! Your script highlighted many of the common concerns voiced by users faced with change, an empathetic touch that was reassuring and inviting in equal measure. In addition, your concise training plan evinced a strong understanding of the principles of adult education and showcased your ability to work within challenging timeframes."
